This will provide students with a full understanding of what the state has laid out as the minimum requirements for the control of rabies in Texas.
We will discuss what the responsibilities of the Local Rabies Control Authority are and how their role and responsibility will intersect with veterinary professionals for all types of rabies investigations including animal bites to humans, animal vs. animal exposures, and rabies preparation and submission.
