Completion Required: This service is strictly for students who have already completed and passed the course.
Record Verification: Our team manually verifies our student database before issuing any files or prints. If we cannot locate your records, you will be issued a full refund. Please keep in mind that DSHS only requires us to keep the prior 3 years records. We do keep an ongoing digital database but courses completed more than 3 years prior may not always be available to verify.
